Returns Policy
We hope you enjoy Satipharm capsules but if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s quick and easy to return with our 30 day returns policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To return your product, please request an RMA number and free postage label by sending an email to returns@satipharm.com.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether it has been approved or rejected for your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund 48 hours after you have received an email notification please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us and we can provide more information and where to send your products.
Shipping
To return your product, please request an RMA number and FREE postage label by sending an email to returns@satipharm.com.
International orders
Orders placed from outside the UK are only eligible for returns or refunds based on the above criteria.
